Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be pleased with the items you select. If you were shipped and incorrect or defective product, we will gladly return any items in original condition within 7 days of receipt.
- For your convenience we have a retail store conveniently located in Ajman, UAE where you may return incorrect or defective item(s) for an exchange or refund. Click here to find the location.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items. Items need to be returned in original condition with tags and packing.
- If we need to collect the items from your location we will charge AED 30 for all UAE orders and AED 50 for outside UAE orders as collection charges.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- If the new order amount gets higher than the returned items the excess amount shall be paid by the customer itself.
