Returns & Exchanges



As our valued customer, you may choose two ways to return eligible unembroidered items within 15 days of purchase. For eligible to return merchandise, a product must be unused, unwashed, non-embroidered, and new as it was received with its original tags and packing. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Please note that we do not accept returns for custom-made products or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description. Products on special offers, discounted items, clearance and sale items are considered as final sale. Any embroidered item is also considered as final sale and will not be returned for a refund or Exchange.

Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the item you have received or the item is defective or would like to make a size change then you can simply go to our online portal, enter your email id and order number, and create a Return Request or Exchange request with the given options.

Step 2: Select if you prefer to ship the return or exchange items or will return them to our store in Ajman, UAE.

If your request is eligible for return or Exchange, then we will approve the same within 2 business days.

Ship the return or exchange items

You can also exchange the item with another item from our online portal, if there is any price difference, it will need to be paid at checkout and purchase of new item completed to initiate the exchange.

You can opt to return items with your shipping or you can request a return shipping label at an additional shipping cost as stated below.

If you opt to choose our shipping label for the return shipment:

  • within UAE will be AED 30 and
  • for Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain will be AED 50.
  • If an exchange is requested, then exchanged items will be shipped back to you at our shipping cost.
  • Exchange per transaction/receipt is for one time only.

Lastly, if you wish to arrange your own courier for a return shipment, please note that you will still need to create a return request on the website prior to sending the items back to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your tracking number and information to track your return shipment. We will not be able to give credit or ship replacement for items we do not physically receive and approve.

Once we receive the eligible return items, we will process the return request for Exchange as requested by you within 3 working days and arrange to ship the replacement back to you subject to the requested item(s) availability and completion of balance payments if any. We will also notify (email) once the shipment has been dispatached from our warehouse with its tracking number for your ease and self-tracking.

Refund Policy:

A: Refund to the original payment mode and method:

  • Refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment used while placing/booking the order within 3 working days of receiving the eligible return merchandise, provided a Return Request or Exchange request is created to our online portal as stated earlier. Refund against Cash on Delivery customers Outside UAE will be only through Store Credit and cannot be refunded in cash or bank transfer.
  • From our experience and for all practical purposes, it is observed that your bankers may take 7 to 14 working days to credit the refund value to your bank or credit card account. Hence please be patient during this process.

  • Exchange per transaction/receipt is for one time only.

B: Request for store credit for Return Item:

  • Store Credit is a balance (against Refunds) to the customer's account with SCRUBZ in the form of “Store Credit Voucher”, which can be used to purchase any product at any time from our website.
  • Customers can select this option to make a purchase again at any time in the near future through our website.
  • No Refund for Cash On Delivery(COD) Transactions Outside UAE: COD Refund Request from Saudi Arabia,Oman,Qatar,Kuwait and Bahrain (Outside UAE) will be only applicable through Store Credit and we will not be able to refund in cash or through bank transfer.

C: Request to Refund to any new bank account or exchange house other than original payment mode as per “A”:

Any Refund request instruction to transfer refund value to your new choice bank account or exchange house (other than the original mode of payment used while placing/booking the order) will be subject to deduction of bank charges levied by our bankers (approximately AED 98/-) and will be applicable and borne by you before processing refund to your designated bank account which you have to authorize SCRUBZ by email to deduct AED 98/- as extra bank charges from your total refund value and to transfer net refund value after deduction of bank charges to your designated banking instruction or mode.

General Note :

  • Sale/Promotion items and personalized embroidered items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Refund requests can be placed on our website using this Link.
  • Refund can only be processed upon receipt of eligible merchandise in its original condition as stated in this document
  • No Exchange or Refund for Stethoscope(s) and dental instruments due to hygiene safety reasons.
