If you are not completely satisfied with your order, any unembroidered items in original condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Once a return request has been created, you may return the purchased merchandise by one of the below methods, whichever is most convenient with you:
1. Return the purchased merchandise to our store in Ajman, UAE. Please note that refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment. Exchanges can be done at the showroom and is subject to availability of the requested item(s).
2. Request us for a shipping label to ship the items back to our warehouse. The shipping charges for the return shipment for orders from the UAE will be AED30 and for Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain will be AED50. If an exchange is requested, the exchanged items will be shipped back to you, and we will cover the shipping charges.
3. Lastly, if you wish to arrange you own shipping, please note that you will still need to create a return request on the website prior to sending the items back to us. If an exchange is requested, the exchanged items will be shipped back to you, and we will cover the shipping charges. We recommend that you keep a copy of your tracking information, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.
We process all returns within three business days after receipt of merchandise. After we receive and process your return, please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for your financial institution to credit your account.
